The assertive person is ‘open and flexible, genuinely concerned with the rights of others, yet at the same time able to establish very well his/her own rights.’
When you are assertive, you are ‘acknowledging your own rights and those of others.’
When non-assertive (passive) you are ‘denying your own rights’ and when aggressive ‘denying the rights of others.’
This is an ideal program for character building, communication, for people in managerial position in the corporate sector or on a personal level to hone in and create ways to move on in life.
